KETO, LOW CARB, GRAIN FREE BREAD GLUTEN FREE BREAD

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup flaxseed powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt


1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 cup boiling water

3 egg whites (beaten)

Pinch of salt


sunflower seeds for topping - optional


METHOD


1. Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, flaxseed powder, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds, baking soda & himalayan salt) in a bowl.

2. Preheat oven to 180°C.

3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

4. Boil water and add 1 cup of hot water with apple cider vinegar to the dry mixture. It should become very sticky.

5. Add the egg whites and mix carefully.

6. Bake for 55 min. Turn off the oven and allow to cool whilst still in the oven.
